Return Policy
The Look Store will adhere to Vendor’s “Return Policy”, supplied to The Look Store by the Vendor and posted visibly on Vendor’s store page. However, if Vendor does not supply The Look Store with Vendor’s “Return Policy”, the customers shall be subject to The Look Store “Online Sale and Refund Policy” as a default provision included herein.
For eligible third-party products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, The Look Store will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to The Look Store within 14 calendar days of the issuance. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. Any item(s) returned to The Look Store after 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) will not be eligible for a refund. These item(s) will also be returned to the purchaser and will be charged for the return shipment.
Any product that is returned must be in perfect condition. It cannot be damaged, worn, contaminated, soiled, mishandled, abused, wadded up, laundered or is missing any tags and labels, otherwise the purchased item(s) will be returned to the purchaser, no credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment. The purchaser will forfeit all claims.
Note: The Look Store recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to The Look Store or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, youwill be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer of such third-party product directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. Please note that products sold through The Look Store that do not bear The Look Store brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers inaccordance with the terms and conditions packaged with the products.
Exchanges
The Look Store will adhere to Vendor’s “Exchange Policy”, supplied to The Look Store by the Vendor and posted visibly on Vendor’s store page. Customers shall be subject to Vendor specific “Exchange Policy” included on each Vendor’s store page, however in the event no Vendor specific “Exchange Policy” is provided, the Look Store “Online Sale and Refund Policy” shall govern as a default provision included herein.
